VPI Quality Windows partnered with Brinkmann Constructors and OZ Architecture on The Reserve at Lone Tree, a modern senior living community. Located in Lone Tree, Colorado, a growing suburb south of Denver, the project called for window and patio door solutions that would complement the buildings' architecture while providing long‑term durability, energy efficiency, and resident comfort.

A Community Built Around Comfort and Connection
Spanning 323,000 square feet, The Reserve at Lone Tree includes 208 residences across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Two connected, multistory buildings are anchored by a two‑story amenity space that creates a warm, welcoming hub for residents and visitors.
Across the community, thoughtfully designed interiors and amenity spaces are paired with expansive glazing to bring in abundant daylight and views and to create an inviting atmosphere throughout.
Windows & Doors Designed for Performance
In senior living environments, windows and exterior doors play a vital role in everyday comfort — inviting in natural light, helping maintain comfortable indoor temperatures, dampening outdoor noise, and providing easy operation.
VPI Quality Windows was proud to contribute solutions tailored to the unique needs of this large‑scale community. More than 420 Endurance 511 Series Windows and more than 150 Envision 1200 Series Swing Patio Doors, in black exterior/white interior and black exterior/black interior combinations, were used in the construction of these buildings.
